I went to eat with M&T and My wife in French restrant　"L'épigramme"(epigram). They really like to EAT. There appetite impress me.(Miss M & my wife worked same french restrant in Tokyo)
I challenged a dish of cow tails that usually I don't eat. It's a Basque area special cow tail's dish that is stewed with beans and green pepper, and wrapped by thin beef oil film. It was too delicious !　Taste of wine between Mr.T to Me is different, But He choose good one :) Let's go together again.

今夜は、MさんTさん夫婦と、家内と４人でL'épigramme、”諷刺詩”という名のレストランに行く。　この人たちは食べるのが本当に好きらしく、いつも関心させられる。(東京では、家内とMさんは、同じフレンチ・レストランで働いていた仲) うんうん言って食べている。
僕は普段は食べないが、”牛の尻尾”というのを頼んでみた。　バスク風に、豆やピーマンやでじっくり煮込んだものを、薄い牛の網油でクレーピーに包んだもの、絶品だった。 Tさんとは、若干にワインの趣味が違うのだが(笑)今日の彼はなかなか良い選択だった。また行きましょう。
