When I created the short film NIKE HYBRID, an fledgling animation studio like mine was desperate to work for this big name, but the budget was desperately low. There are quite many characters in 3-4 minutes of animation and I hired super animators and we did it with full animation.
It was impossible to complete this creation with this low budget even I payed out of my pocket ( actually I had done it already). So! after struggling with budget, I come to have an idea to mix some kind of limited animation with full-animation.
This unnatural gap gives the film a original effect.
This piano teacher also plays piano unnaturally, I am hooked on this sub character.


その昔、NIKE HYBRIDというｼｮｰﾄﾑｰﾋﾞｰを作っていた頃。NIKEというﾈｰﾑ･ﾊﾞﾘｭｰは、駆け出しのｱﾆﾒｰｼｮﾝ･ｽﾀｼﾞｵにとっては喉から手が出るほど魅力的ではあったが、喉から〇〇が出るほど、お金のない仕事でした。　3～4分のｱﾆﾒで登場人物も相当にいたはず。　これ全部にｽｰﾊﾟｰ･ｱﾆﾒｰﾀｰをつけて、ﾌﾙ･ｱﾆﾒｰｼｮﾝをやったならば、持ち出し(自腹出費)をしても無理がある。(というかすでに持ち出していた)
そこで考えついたのが、下手(ウマ)アニメとフルアニメの融合(汗)。　ﾘﾐﾃｯﾄﾞ･ｱﾆﾒ風にｶｸｶｸ動いている奴と、なかなかいい具合に演技してくれる人の"ずれ感"がいい味だしている作品と自負しています。予算を考慮した賢い演出という事ですので、ハイ(汗)。
このﾋﾟｱﾉの先生もｶｸｶｸして演奏しています。どちらかというと、こういうｻﾌﾞ･ｷｬﾗに熱を上げています。
