デモリール　Demo Reel Version.3.0

ピヴォ第３段となる2006年版のデモリール（作品集）の編集中。
これまで、幾度となく会社のデモなるものを編集してきました。　デモリールは私にとってスーパーカッコイイもので、超がつくほどの憧れの存在でした。　以前の会社で、入社５年目にして、やっとデモリールの編集という大任を受けることができました。これが結構大変でした。　結局のところ、編集が上手いとか、カッコいいとかどうでもよくて、、、会社のビジョンが理解できているのか、という大人な思考が必要なのね～　とその頃、気づいたように思います。（入社５年目で、遅すぎ？）

毎回編集の際に、（なぞの）グラフのようなものを描いて編集していますが、ピヴォもこの３年で、グラフの分布が少しづつ変わってきたように思います。(takeo)

I am in the middle of making a new demo for 2006.
I have done a lot of demo edits up to now. For me the demo edits is the work of my dream, something so cool, even super cool!
At my previous work, 5 years after I entered this office finally I could manage this great mission, my first demo edits.
Certainly, it was quite hard!!
After all, it is not so important to make it cool or edit well.
What we need is if we really understand the vision of the company. I realized that about at that time.(maybe too late to realize it after 5 years of career?)

Every time I have done it, I draw a mysterious graph for editing.
It seems like the graph of Pivot has changed slightly in these 3 years.
