From today, Mr.J will join our project for doing setup and animation operation.
The setup is very particular process that set the devices to 3D models to move as if it is alive.
Concretely, we create bones and joints and connect to 3D models.
3D animators move these bones and joints for creating the animation.
Mr.J was the teacher of our staff M. M was taught strictly 3D technique from Mr.J at school.
Here, it will be the first co-star project for them.
In France, these people actually are active in business teach at school at the same time. I found it is good thing.
It seems like Mr.J navigates well our project as a teacher!!
本日からJさんがセットアップ＆アニメーションの為プロジェクトに参加します。 セットアップとは、特殊な仕事で3Dモデルが生命を吹き込まれた様に動く、いろいろな仕掛けをするプロセスです。 具体的には、骨や関節を制作し、3Dモデル(skin)と関節を繋ぎ合わせます。
3Dアニメーターは、実際には、その骨や関節を動かしながら、アニメーションを作る事になります。
このＪさんとＭ君は、先生と生徒の仲。 以前通っていた学校でビシバシと3Dのテクを伝授された仲。 晴れて今回の競演となりました。
フランスでは、こうやって現役のスタッフが教育の現場にいるんですね～。 とてもいい事だと思います。
そのＪさん、さすがに先生らしく、ピヴォのプロジェクトをうま～くナビゲートしてくれているようで安心安心！
