Hommage à Nicolae Fleissig
Le maillet et le ciseau se sont tus, le palan s’est immobilisé à jamais.
Dans l’atelier les blocs de pierres dures, les granits et les marbres qui jonchent le sol, les sculptures inachevées qui veillent, captives et aujourd’hui orphelines, exaltent le souffle créateur.
Depuis le pas de la porte, le regard découvre d’autres sculptures, installées là en plein air, le long d’un chemin verdoyant. Elles résument le long itinéraire de Nicolae, artiste arpenteur qui a érigé tant de sculptures monumentales, stèles, portes, arcs, sur tous les continents.
Et puis, dans sa demeure de plain-pied, d’innombrables sculptures encore et des dessins, ébauches et croquis, reflètent l’itinéraire artistique hors du commun de l’artiste
Poursuivant infatigablement sa route, révérant le matériau, respectant les strates de la matière, abordant son travail d’artiste en électron libre souvent, mais soucieux de la loi propre de la pierre, Nicolae l’aura toujours magnifiée et transcendée.
Ses sculptures sont là, pour toujours.

Tribute to Nicolae Fleissig
The mallet and chisel have fallen silent; the hoist has come to a final standstill.
Inside the studio, the blocks of hard stone, granite, and marble scattering the floor—alongside the unfinished sculptures standing watch, captive and now orphaned—exalt the creative spirit.
From the threshold, one’s gaze reveals other sculptures, installed out in the open along a verdant path. They encapsulate the long journey of Nicolae, a wandering artist who erected so many monumental sculptures, steles, gates, and arches across every continent.
And then, within his single-story home, countless more sculptures and drawings—sketches, drafts, and studies—reflect the extraordinary artistic journey of this master.
Tirelessly pursuing his path, revering the material, respecting the strata of substance, approaching his craft often as a free agent yet ever mindful of the stone’s own inherent laws, Nicolae always magnified and transcended it.
His sculptures remain here, forever.
He is with us.

ニコラエ・フライシグへの追悼
木槌と鑿（のみ）は静まりかえり、ホイスト（巻き上げ機）は永遠にその動きを止めた。アトリエの床に散らばる硬質な石、花崗岩、そして大理石のブロック。
そして見守るように佇む未完成の彫刻たちは、囚われの身のまま、いまや孤児となりながらも、創作の息吹を強く解き放っている。
敷居から視線を巡らせると、新緑の小道に沿って野外に設置された、また別の彫刻たちが目に飛び込んでくる。それらは、あらゆる大陸に数多くの巨大な彫刻、碑文、門、そしてアーチを刻み続けてきた遍歴の芸術家、ニコラの長きにわたる歩みを物語っている。
さらに、彼の平屋の邸宅の中には、尽きることのない彫刻の数々、そしてデッサンやエボッシュ（素描）、クロッキーが所狭しと並び、この芸術家の類稀なる芸術的軌跡を静かに映し出している。
飽くなき探求心で自らの道を歩み続け、素材を敬い、その地層や素質に耳を傾けながら、時には解き放たれた存在として自由でありつつも、常に石そのものが持つ理（ことわり）に誠実であったニコラ。彼は石をどこまでも讃え、そして超克し続けた。
彼の彫刻は、永遠にここに残り続ける。
彼は、私たちとともにいる。
